Shipping policy

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number(s) via email when your order is shipped. Once your shipment(s) has been scanned by the shipping provider at the local hub, you can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation to track the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Problems

While not common, shipping problems can occur. If you have a problem with your order that is related to shipping, please contact our customer service email included in your shipping confirmation email.

If you have not received your shipment within the expected delivery time, or if the shipment has been delivered but is not in your possession, please have your order number ready and email us at info@thechamberputter.com.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please do not open the box or remove any of the packaging materials. A Sales and Customer Service Representative with Chamber Putters will have to process a damage claim with the shipping provider, have the damaged merchandise picked up from your location and give you further instructions to receive a replacement.
